He has a court date set for June but can it be moved up or settled out of court sooner?
How do you find a reputable lawyer?
What's the chances of getting the charges dropped and not showing on record?

SUIs by state law cannot be dropped or reduced. He will either be convicted or found not guilty after trial.
I am planning on pleading guilty in my case because I do not think I have much of a defense and I just want to move on and put this behind me. I hope to have my record expunged after the required 5 years here in AR. However, I am a little worried about giving myself to the mercy of the court.
