I had a DUI in January 2013 in OC, California. I began taking attending my 3 month DUI classes (total of 10) after the 5th class, I began attending inpatient rehab. I was in rehab for 3 months and released, I let the DUI school know about rehab and they requested info from my rehab and I had confirmed my DUI School was put on hold. 2 weeks after rehab I moved back to my home state of WA. I now looked up my case and have a Bench Warrant out, I assume for FTA to a probation violation hearing back in Sept (was still in rehab). This is my first DUI and I have no criminal background. I'm living in WA now and I don't know what to do.

What will happen if I forgot to file letters of apology to the state within 60 days of my court hearing?
I was arrested for DUI and RECKLESS driving, but it was reduced to a reckless driving in court. Additional conditions were that I was to write a letter of apology to the Trooper, my passenger, and also my family within 60 days. I realized today its been 2 weeks past 60. I wrote them up today and went back to read when they were due by and found out it was two weeks ago.... lucky me. What should I expect to happen? I'm very worried now! I've completed all my drug and alcohol classes. All my community service. And this is my first run in with the law. What should I expect? I'm very scared and disappointed with myself for letting this jump by me, I thought I had 90 days to do so but misread... not that I should be excused for a mistake I made.
File them right away and explain your mistake.
