I've done time, paid fines, completed CRASH program, ongoing counselling , and had driving privilege restored in VT. NY says I need to pay assessment of $750+$25 only. PA suspended me on 5/25/10 for a citation from 11/25/07 and am suspended til 5/7/15. I was in prison in VT from 3/08 til 8/10, unable to answer PA til they transported me to PA from VT in 5/10. Doesn't suspension begin on the date of dui? I am in dire conditons and have mitigating circumstances to appeall to NY & PA. My wife has metastatic breast cancer and does chemo 3 times per month, the cancer is terminal, driving for her and our many dr. appt. is very difficult as we live in rural VT. I am on a meager SSDI income, we live week to week. I feel I have paid my many dues for my errors 5 yrs. ago and deperately seek help

I was charged with careless negligence instead of a dui but i refused a breathalyser so the dmv can make the suspension longer

I'm not sure why you think it would affect the question of whether, prior to the officer's pulling you over and...

cops got called because i was drunk and unresponsive.....the cops video taped me drunk on the floor for 5 minutes they claim.....i think to show DCF because i have 2 teenagers and have had DCF in our life off and on for years.......they did call DCF as they always do....i feel they video taped me for DCF like they are trying to build a case or something? is it LEGAL for them to video tape me in my own home, breaking no laws, just being drunk?

My husband was home and had a few to drink he does not drink ever and weighs 120 pounds 22ys of age. The police were outside and asked about the man who was driving the car that was seen by the neighbor said a male driving.Police had seen some one in the bushes told him to stop put his hands up and arrested my husband and is trying to give a DUI or DWI but he is already on a kind of probation FSU and he made marks in the lawn and tried to run from the police to give me a kiss goodbye I am trying to stay positive but my husband has four months to max what do you think, they didnt see him with keys or driving or in the car it was 2 am in the morning when its really dark this person said she saw not him a male can you tell me whats the possibility of comming out of jail with few work crew/oth

First, if he's already on Probation, he may not be allowed to imbibe alcohol as part of the restrictions of Probation....

I blew a . 094 on the road and then a . 096 at the police station . I then went to a small town hospital ( closest one according to him ) on the list the cop gave me for independent blood analysis . He told me to just " hand the box / kit to the hospital " and they'll know what to do . I did this and hospital staff was very confused on what to do and called a doctor at his home about what to do . They took my blood , sealed and signed the kit , and because they had no courier to take deliver , they then proceeded to give me sealed kit to mail it myself . Unbeknown st to me it has to kept at a certain temperature otherwise it gets spoiled . So now I'm left with this kit that won't help me . Now my question is , how is this okay and legal ? My chance to prove myself innocent is completely destroyed now .
