I was arreated and sent to jail for 12 hours over 6 months ago for my 2nd DUI. I had taken a blood text and i had lost my license and i am soon to get it back, but i have yet to get a ticket in the mail saying a court date or that i have even been convicted of the crime. Does the county still have my case or was it lost? Can i even get a ticket anymore since its been so long and if so can i fight it because they have taken so long? How long do they have befor it becomes void? Also i they have written down the wrong date when i got my papers from the state saying i lost my license. So do i have the upper hand on not getting anything now?
