Would someone be able to tell me, about 15 months ago I got a DWI but ended in a CWAF all the fees and probation is over " thank god" I am now looking to get my paramedic license and was wandering if this DWI/CWAF could restrict me in any way. I've completed everything necessary to get my license back. Who at the NC court do I fax this info to if I never had a probation officer? Also I've paid all NC fines and court costs. Will I have to pay anything in MA? Will I have to get my permit or take the drivers test again in MA if I haven't driven since oct '09? Thank you

I lost my MA drivers license in may 2009 from a DUI while driving in NC, my license was suspended for a year, and I havent had one since then. I have recently begun taking steps to get my license back. I completed my community service, and I am graduating from my drivers education class next week. Where do I go from here? I think I have to get my license back in NC before they will give it back to me in MA. In order to do that my drivers education teacher needs to fax something to the court in NC proving that I completed this class. Who at the court would I fax this proof to? I never had a PO, as I was only on unsupervised probation. Also, in NC they are saying I need a breathalyzer in my car because I blew a .16, would this rule carry over to MA? This whole thing is so confusing

My license is to be suspended for 7 surchargeable events in 3 years. I know that RMV hearings in this case are limited only to instances where your record is in error. The earliest offense being counted towards this suspension is a surchareable accident. My car went off the road, nobody else was involved. This occurred on 7/16/09. I did not file a claim with my insurance company until early October because I first believed the damage would be less than my deductible. I filed a claim when I found out otherwise. The claim went through quickly and without issue. My "conviction date" with the RMV is not until 1/19/10, three months after the claim was completed. Is that gap between the claim being filed and the conviction date normal, or is it something I can argue at a hearing?

Could someone please tell me my probation is up is 1 month,wich I been on for a year for an oui resulting in a cwof. I called the RMV the other day and they stated they dont see anything about an oui on my driving record.Does this sound like a mistake?
