In February, of 2005 I was convicted and plead guilty to (DWI) Driving While Intoxicated in the State of Minnesota. From what I have read,(http://www.mncourts.gov/forms/public/forms/Criminal_Expungement/EXP101.pdf) DWI convictions are not eligible to be expunged in the state of Minnesota. The incident occurred when I was 18 years old and I believe it is hindering my ability to get a job. Since the Incident, I have completed inpatient addition treatment, and have been sober for nearly 6 years. I am now 25 years old and would like to know if I have any options at all. I feel that I have been rehabilitated since the conviction and could demonstrate this in court if need be.
