Should I get an attorney? What are my chances of getting a wet reckless or getting the case dismissed? I was pulled over because one of the headlights was out, not because of my driving. When they did a breathalyzer 15 - 20 min later I blew a .097 and when they asked me if I wanted a official breathalyzer or blood test I opted for the blood test. About 20-30 min later my blood was drawn, they took me back to the station to wait for my parents to come get me, no fingerprints or anything. What should I do?
Like a schizophrenic got a DUI, lost hes license and is ordered to attend AA. But the schizophrenic cant take the bus because he doesn't want to be in danger or harm someone.
Not taking the bus due to psychiatric illness does not eliminate all means of complying with the court order.
I received my first DUI about a month ago. I just received my BAC results of .19. I am under the age of 21 and unfortunately got into a car accident. I was the only person involved in the accident. I requested a DMV hearing and was able to extend my license until the hearing date. However, I'm curious as to how difficult it will be to be able to obtain a restricted license to and from work? I'm currently living on my own and working to pay for my college tuition. Also, what are the other likely consequences and fines I'll be facing?

I blew under the limit and the DAs office dropped the charges against me for a first time offense DUI with no record. Will I need a lawyer to expunge the arrest? How long will the process take?
Since charges were filed, it looks like I cannot expunge through the police dept. The judge didn't do anything for the expungement and the DUI charges were actually lowered to an infraction.
