I have a Public Intoxication charge and have to complete this as a condition of getting it deferred. No, I did not see a judge, my lawyer made some deal with the DA. My lawyer is extremely hard to get ahold of. This is the the last condition I have to meet so I can put this arrest behind me. Can anyone tell me what this is? Went today to pay a $300 fine to receive deferred adjudication. Was I supposed to report to my six months probation today? My lawyer said he'd "talk to me tomorrow". I didn't see a judge, just picked up paperwork at the DA's office then paid the fine in full upfront. No one told me anything about probation and I don't want to mess up this great deal. Does anyone have any advice right now other than speaking to my lawyer tomorrow? I just want to know what's going on.

My 2nd DWI has recently been dropped to a Public Intoxication in Cameron County, TX. and I went today to pay the fine. I also have to complete probation to complete the deal. I however had an Interlock device installed in my vehicle as a condition of bail. I already requested the paperwork to have it removed from my vehicle, but my question is, can it be reinstalled as a condition of probation or am I done with it? Please do not tell me to ask my lawyer as that is why I'm coming here to hopefully get a faster answer. I also have a $300 fine+CC+12CS+VAV+VIP+6 months DA on the bottom of the paper I received. What do these letters mean? My lawyer will not get back to me until tomorrow. Can anyone help me out?

I know a PI is a Class C Misdemeanor and in Cameron County, Texas, they are giving me six months deferred adjudication plus alcohol classes and community service among other things. Does this mean I also have unsupervised probation because it is a Class C Misdemeanor? Who do I report to that I have completed all other conditions? My lawyer is useless and he keeps telling me that he'll "speak with me tomorrow". Can anyone help me out?
