in 1997 i was tried and convicted of a felont DWI. I completed my trearment program part of my probation, and paid my fines. but in the last part of my probation i was violated, and sentenced to serve another 5 yrs. i complete that probation and since have been released from probation. i have been a law abiding citizen since, can i get and espungement?

I was charged with a DUI after a one vehicle accident. One person was killed and another seriously injured. My BAC was .16 per the Dr. Some reports are conflicting about who was driving but it was my truck. I was given a ticket for DUI and the box that said fatal was checked. This is my first DUI, but I have had charges of illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor. I am currently 23. Will i receive more charges? What should I expect to happen. When the judge is considering sentencing for multiple DUI does he/she count just convictions or both conviction and supervision. EX: 1 supervision DUI (24years ago) and 1 DUI conviction (11 years ago) and now 1 arrest ....will it be sentenced as 2 DUI or 3 DUI...
