A father and his son were indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury recently after they allegedly entered a Middlesboro home with the intent to commit a crime. Marcus Frank Moe II, 47, and Marcus Frank Moe III, 25, both of Middlesboro, were indicted for first-degree burglary and theft by deception under $500. Comment?

Lester Fugate Jr., 48, of Pineville, was sentenced by Bell Circuit Judge Robert Costanzo to 10 years in the penitentiary for second-degree burglary. The sentence was enhanced to 11 years because he pleaded guilty to a consistent felony offender charge. Comment?

The Middlesboro Police Department served an indictment warrant on Friday involving an incident that occurred in Clay County in 2009. The indictment warrant, which was for the charge of complicity to escape, was originally filed on April 1, 2010 by Kentucky State Police Trooper Nick Metcalf, according to officials with KSP Post 11.
