Two individuals accused of working together to steal merchandise from Walmart were indicted recently by the Bell County Grand Jury. Danny Brown, 26, of Middlesboro, was indicted for theft by deception under $500, three counts of second-degree criminal trespass, three counts of theft by unlawful taking over $500 and one count of second-degree robbery. Comment?

The Bell County Grand Jury indicted Ray Paul Wilder recently after being accused of stealing just over $60,000 from Walmart. He was an employee at the store at the time. Comment?

Brenda Sue Miller, 20, of Pineville, Chad Allen Love, 32, of Flat Lick, Charles Edward Gilbert Jr., 33, of Corbin, and Varion Johnson, 28, of Flat Lick, were all indicted for murder or complicity to commit murder. Johnson, Gilbert and Love were also indicted for first-degree burglary and convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Comment?

A man charged with several counts of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and possession of matter portraying sex performance by a minor received his final sentencing on Monday. Bell County Circuit Judge Robert Costanzo sentenced Claude Albert Robinson, 64, of Middlesboro, to five years for each of his 25 charges. Comment?

Benjamine Jerome Hoskins, 24, was charged with second-degree burglary and four counts of fraud use of a credit card under $500 within six months. According to the citation, Hoskins broke into an apartment on Cumberland Avenue and stole a wallet containing a debit card and $20 in cash. Comment?
