A Pineville man accused of pointing a gun at police and assaulting two officers was sentenced on Tuesday in Bell Circuit Court. Orville Hobbs Jr., 49, of Pineville, was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary for the three first-degree wanton endangerment charges and two third-degree assault charges. Comment?
