I got a DUI and paid $2500 to my lawer. this is my first offense and i dont have any tickets and record in my whole life either ...my BAC level was 0.093...yea i had 2and half beers. and that cop pulled me over cuz i was cross over the stop sign line. but there were no stop sign line. and ......my $2500 lawyer even didnt fight. and wanted me say "guilty" at pretrial conference. when judge asked me and i hesitated....lil bit .my lawyer whispered "say guilty" then i said to judge "yes" it is possible to overturn after i said 'i'm plead guilty' at pretrial conference?

My Ex received yet another DUI back in February of this year. This is his 3rd one but the previous two were over 10 years ago. This one is an excessive while caring a concealed weapon while under the influence. So far his pre trial dates have been reset three times. He now has a pretrial hearing setup for 6/17/2013 and was severed with a notice of hearing today. I would like to know what the expected outcome would most likely be in his situation. I know that they can't charge him for a 3rd DUI, but I'm assuming the previous two plus the other things on his record would play against him. I would like for him to be a better father to our daughter but he has a drug and alcohol problem. I am hoping that they lock him up for a while so that he can get sober and get the help that he needs.

I was convicted of a felony DUI in November of 08. I have done 4+ years of a 2 + 6 sentence. I have no violations and have only received discretionary time once for being at a place that serves alcohol for which I did additional treatment and community service. After that I saw the 1800 on the back of the device. So I called it and explain what happened. So today I went for the monthly download they didnt tellme nothing. I call smart start and they said yes they see a fail and that I had to wait till I see my probation. I tild my probation allready but im freaking out. What would happen? Im scare.
