MEDIA >> A man was at the Delaware County Courthouse last year to face charges in an assault case from Chester when he posed as an attorney and took off with $1,300 from a woman seeking counsel for her boyfriend, according to new charges filed the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. Kyle A. Arnold, 42, of the 6000 block of Old York Road in Philadelphia, now behind bars at the county prison charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan announced Friday. A 911 caller reporting the fatal shooting of the brother of Cleveland's police chief says the man's girlfriend confessed to killing him. The caller said he found 34-year-old William D. Williams dead in the woman's home early Tuesday. Comment?

A 25-year-old Delaware County man has been arrested in a crash that killed two teenage siblings in Exton over the weekend. Uwchlan Township police said Thomas Muir, of Media, has been charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and other offenses. Comment?

Two juveniles have been charged "in relation to" the Jan. 18 homicide of Joshua Titus Clark Sr., according to a press release issued Thursday by the York County District Attorney's Office. York County resident Christopher Hill, 16, no street address provided, is charged as a juvenile with the third-degree felony of carrying a firearm without a license and the misdemeanors of possession of a firearm by a minor and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
