arrest I complied to a urine test. I told the cops I hadn't smoked marijuana, taken xanax (illegally) and taken adderal (illegally) about 24 hours prior to the arrest. Should I tell my lawyer that I actually took them about 12 hours before the drug test if I want him to argue the contrary? Would it matter that at the police station before the drug test I drank about 10 large cups of water because I couldn't pee?

I'd gotten a misdemeanor DUI in the state of CA in 2007 . I'd paid all my fines , completed the 3 month alcohol program as well as the required M . A . D . D . class all on time . The only thing that I hadn't completed was 16 hours of community service . I believe that this was assigned to me in 2009 . In now live in NY . I don't know what to do to rectify this . I'm afraid that if I were to look into it , I'd be arrested or fined a lot of money . I know that it'd be best for me to be in CA ( to deal in person with things ) , but that is no longer an option . Please Help ! ! !

I recieved a DUI charge during my Active Duty time in the military while station at South Korea. I paid the fine at local court and recieved Letter of Reprimand in the military side. I seperated with Honorable Discharge, but I'm not sure if that will show up in any of my criminal record both national and international. I'm trying to pursue a career that requires a international background check. How can I go ahead to check for it?

I end probation in May and I failed my interlock once for the first time. I have completed every task I have been appointed to do. I'm up for early release, I have a good relationship with my PO (whom I see once every 3 months). How will the fail effect my moving forward. Also the fail was from listerine mouth wash. I got a ride to work which is where I was going to when I failed so I have witnesses that I was not drinking or drunk

Any time I asked him any questions he ignored me or didn't know the answers and when I met probation they told me my attorney was supposed to tell me about all of the terms. On my plea it just said probation and my lawyer/lover failed to tell me so many things. I did not accept probation yet and don't know if I should turn it down. I am hurt and feel my attorney dropped the ball and never want to see him again. He is more worried about him getting in trouble for starting a relationship with me than anything that is going on with my case. I feel used and ignored. Now I have no idea what to do. Do I replace him? What would I tell the judge?
