How can you prove a probation officer is lying? What can I do?
My fiancé was convicted of felony 3rd DUI in Houston 3/8/13 now accused of violation of his probation. His PO said he admitted to her that he has been driving to work, not putting interlock on that vehicle, drinking the entire time, has been in bars, lying the entire time of his probation. The facts are that he has not driven, I take him to park n ride every morning at 5 am and pick him up around 7 pm every work day and drive him over 1 hour one way if the buses are not running. He has some charges on his debit card to prove this and lots of people witnessing this. does not drink and his 3 times a day breathalyzers will show this. He did go to sports bar to eat, did not drink. has taken lie detector which he passed drinking/driving, but failed being in bar. this is unfair that she lied.

90 ALR Suspsension already served, so at no contest plea ALR credit, 10 Days in Jail, credit for 1 day @ 2 for 1. No fine, court costs $475. DWI involved a vehicular accident with another car, the BAC was .16
You need to talk with your attorney about this. If you do not have one, then hire one.
Finished with half dwi probation; can I have breathalyzer removed?
Hello, I have 4 dwis. The most recent occurred in 2011. I worked out a plea and was sentenced to 5 years felony probation. As part of my sentence, I went to jail for six months day for day. After my release I completed dwi court. All of my fines have been paid and all my community service is finished. I have been a model probationer with zero infractions. I'm now living in north Carolina (probation was transferred) trying to start a real estate company, and when showing properties, will need to transport clients. As such, I would like to have this breathalyzer in my vehicle removed. Is this possible? Beyond what I've already done, is there anything I could do to encourage the Judge and reassure her that nothing will happen if the device is taken off? Thanks for your time.
You should contact a local attorney familiar with the judge in your case and try to tailor your actions accordingly....
Charged w/ Intoxicated Assault after head-on collision, received No-Bill, who to hold accountable for financial losses and how?
On 08/12/2014 approx 8:30am I was in a head-on collision. After waking slumped over steering wheel, I was helped from vehicle and seen by EMT. 5-10mins later I met Trooper Smith and went through field sobriety test. I used a breathalyzer and blew 0.00. Trooper Smith arrested me for Intoxicated Assault and took me to hospital for blood draw. That afternoon I saw a D.R.E. at the jail and was bailed out the following morning. My question is now that I received my No-Bill in mid December, who and how do I hold the Trooper, D.A., Judge, County, etc. responsible for the $25,000 lost by family for lawyer, breathalyzer, going to court, bond officer, etc? Not to mention stress on behalf of myself and family. I have filed affidavit complaint with the inspector general against the Trooper.
You will need to consult with an attorney in person to review any causes of action you may have in this situation. You...
