A 2012 Kia Optima driven by a 56-year-old Bristow woman and occupied by Theora E. Prestera was stopped in the Linton Hall Road and Limestone Road intersection at 12:17 p.m. waiting to turn while on Limestone Road, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Merriman said.
