Dui in Dec 2012 received 9mos suspension and did level two classes. DMV still wants me to have breathing device in car for two yrs @ $70 per mo. A friend said, he got same and his case was dismissed also. He then brought civil suit against DMV and he paid the court fees 2 or 3 hundred $ said Judge dismissed all He said he has done this twice, bringing civil against DMV one of his dui was riding a bike. He said court only wanted the fees. Is this feasible? Thank you, John
