    U.S. Marshals in New Jersey have arrested a man charged with attempted second degree murder stemming from a violent incident in Langley Park last month.A According to a press release issued yesterday by the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office, Langley Park resident Carlos Monge-Martinez was arrested on May 7 in Red Bank, New Jersey.
