Hello, just doing research and a lot seems vague (hence why we have attorneys). I was recently arrested for my second DWI after 9 years and the first one was dropped to obs hwy/deferred. It seems that I am being prosecuted as a second offense but I was curious it that includes a conviction on the first arrest or not. I also just "received" by blood warrant results (4 months later from my attorney) and by the spreadsheet it shows 0.18. What are the typical increased measurements per this BAC?
