Have had my permits and baiid machine since 2/2012, had one violation of .064 in April. A friend blew in my machine, unknown to me. Just recently had my second violation of .096 and know that the state will not accept that previous explaination. I am a level 3 so admitting I was drinking may cause me to lose my permit.
