arrested on probation for Residential Entry, OWI while endangering another person, OWI and public intoxication and the state picks up the case and is prosecuting him? Would he go to prison and roughly for how many years?
Please reword this question in such a manner that it makes sense so we can properly respond to your question....
I was at a stop light and my foot slipped off the brake causing me to hit the car in front of me. The lady that I hit called the police and the police said that they couldn't even do a report because there was no damage to either vehicle. I took a breath test and passed it so then they done a test where you have to do a bunch of balancing tricks. Which I failed that. I was sick with the flu so my balancing was off and I have a rod and pins in my ankle that makes it hard for me to balance. Since I failed that test they told me that I would have to either give them a blood test or don't give one and go to jail. I don't think that they should have the right to give me that many tests.
You could have refused the tests. Then they would have gotten a search warrant and removed your blood anyway.
For my OWI, I had my attorney get a diversion and I ended up getting the Title 12 deferment where I have probation for a year, take 2 alcohol classes, and 40 hours community service. I took my first drug test with a cotton swab, and the results came back positive for marijuana. My PO said to call my attorney, but she did mention that its possible for me to get back on that program. I'm hoping that they just extend my probation and I wont get jail time.

My sister and my brother are executors of my mother and dad's farms. Since my dad died, at the meeting with the accountant and attorney, she threw out a paper that said her son could buy the farm house, 4 barns, 3 acreas and there is also a new trailor on that property that the son lives in for free. This would be at a cost to him for 45 K and the property appraised for 100 k at the time my father died. She had my dad's signature on the paper. Mom is living but forgetful.Since then, my sister has put an enclosed porch onto the house, resided and reroofed the house and garage, put all new plumbing in the crawl space, built a bar in the barn for her son, and put 17 k into remodeling the bathroom and bedroom (as well as putting in a bathroom upstairs) all with my mothers money. Plz advise
You might want t speak with an attorney who does conservatorships.
I've heard that there is a national database that a few states don't use and a person that has a license suspended in a different state can get a license in one of those states, provided they live in that state.
You may be able to qualify for a license in CO. We have helped several people who were suspended in IN.
