So my ARD is over. I completed everything except am alcohol evaluation at a state certified place. On my online docket sheet it says adjucated and penalty satisfied. I was recommended that I do the evaluation and tell my PO the results but if I already signed off on my completion of ARD do I really need to? I don't want to waste the $100+ to do this unless necessary. I signed my papers and under my online docket it says penalty satisfied. Any opinions? I'm not trying to skip out on something. I have it scheduled next week. Just looking for knowledgable opinions. Thank you for you time.

My Preliminary hearing was on January 14 and I waived it. I signed the waiver of the Prelim and for Counsel. I scheduled my Court Reporting Network Eval that day and completed it on February 5th. I a scheduled to appear for Formal Arraignment this upcoming Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 8:30AM. like I said, this is my first offense in PA and I would like to be accepted into ARD. Thank you so much for your help!
