Kilgore Law

This is my first dui and Itake my first time getting in trouble with the law.
No doubt you were driving wrecklessly (which is so appropriately misspelled--it's recklessly) but with a .24% BAC and a...
Ok here goes. I am on probation for a assault and battery charge from last October. I have one month left and got a DUI. And yes I know I f'd up. I know I deserve what I get. But any advice on what to expect and what I should do. The DUI was on a night I thought it was a good idea to go with a friend to visit. I figured a drink wouldnt hurt. Next thing you know I've drank all night after not drinking for ten plus months. I ended up running into a barrier and had a blood level of .34. I am just happy I didn't hurt anyone.
The best thing you can do right now is hire an experienced DUI attorney. Hopefully they will be able to minimize the...
i was at a party underage drinking which I know is wrong but I was being smart my doing it at a friends house where I was going sleep at. Sheriffs show up because the house is outside of city limits and knock on the doors and walk around the house trying to look inside, after awhile people started to leave the house and that's when the sheriffs came in and started searching the house, at that point I was in the backyard trying to call for a ride when I sheriff arrested me and took me to jail for mic, if the homeowners did NOT give permission to enter the house but still did, did they have the right to give me a mic and go to jail when I was on the property?
Unless it was your house, or you were an overnight guest, even if the police entered illegally you have no standing to...
I got in some trouble for driving on my own with just a permit in Nebraska. I am 19, and I show up for court soon. How bad will it be?
I see you didn't get any responses to your question. You can always try to contact an attorney in your area by looking...
I had been with my mom and family in the hotel and had a drink of my moms mixed drink. 20 minutes later I was dropped off at the dorm at UNL. I went to hang out with some friends in a room. I left that room to go back to my room and a security guard stopped me and had me go back to the room I was in to show nothing was going on. When I left the ones room I was in before they pulled out alcohol after I left and the cop then still wrote me for an MIP. I did a blow test and was at .024 and said it was from the drink with my mom not 30 minutes ago at the hotel. I was still wrote an MIP after the ones in the room said the alcohol came out after I left. My mom even told cop I had a drink at hotel. Should I fight this? Ones in room said they would say I wasn't in room with alcohol.
Perhaps your mom believes that story, but the judge likely won't. One "sip" of mommy's cocktail would not produce a ....
If I am walking around my college campus after drinking, can an officer make me submit to a breathalyzer? I'm 23 so legal to drink. In Nebraska we have civil protective custody for intoxicated individuals. If an individual is drunk enough they are placed into civil protective custody until sober or someone picks them up. No citation is involved with civil protective custody. My main question is do I have to submit to the breathalyzer in the first place if I'm just a pedestrian?
Do you have to consent? No. The key question is what happens if you refuse. This is not a neutral decision. The...
do almost all minors who get a DUI get their case moved to juvenile court? if not, what percentage do?
Most private lawyers are not going to keep tabs on whether minors charged with dui have their cases moved to juvenile...
