Got Ticket in Ky for no valid license, bonded out, never went back. to Ky to take care of it and they never notified FL of the ticket. Two of the dui's are in the state of MA and the other two are in ME and NH, with the one in NH being the latest one(2006) in a boat, considered a first offense. I am currently looking into an alcohol program in florida to clear that one up. Anyway MA decided to start my suspension in 2010 due to my third didn't expire until then( 8 years). So now my license is suspended in MA for ten years without a chance of a hardship for five years. How is it possible for an officer to visualize that he was doing 60 in a 45 when going in the opposite direction? He is now finally going to trial as he had never signed the waiver to not have a speedy trial. He has had 3 public defenders, one of which had been arrested for a DUI himself. On the police report-it also states that he had refused the breathalyzer. If that was the case and the alcohol level dropped nine points in 3 minutes-of course the test is not being used for his case.
