Its been about 16 mnths on a 24 month probation. I had 99 hrs com. Service completed I paid 500. Probation fees and the classes and am goin up for revocation on 1340 in fines. The reason they did not get paid is because my wife of 10 yrs left me and my 2 sons 9 and 4. I was workin out of town a lot.but for the past yr I haven't been able to leave. So I hadto take what work I could get. Single dad to boys and bills. My gosh. Now they bout to lose me for 6 months. I have 2 vehicles up for sale because they told me if I don't have it paid in full don't pay anything. In 4 days. What if I checked myself in rehab would that buy me some time??

I was charged with a DUI in 2005 and used an 894. I received a second DUI in 2009 while leaving a dinner party. I am applying for jobs that require a lot of travel and driving and I am worried that a background check will show both DUIs. I was arrested 03/14/13 for a bench warrant concerning an 8 year old DUI charge. My court date is 05/14/13, I was supposed to do 32 hours of community service and take a defensive driving class. I have since lost that paperwork, but I want to get it done before the court date. In my opinion, better late than never. But I'm afraid the judge might not see it that way. I have not received any tickets for moving violations since, but I have had a few non-moving violations that I have taken care of.
