I was stoped for going 65 in a 55mph zone.I can't do the heal to toe stuff at my age with bad ears to boot.Age 57 is not that old but it sure doesn't help.I was ask to blow and refused and was not offered a blood test.Do they have a leg to stand on?
I obviously don't have any idea what evidence they DO have against you, and that's largely what's going to determine...

positive for alcohol in December.I didn't drink anything. It was a alcohol urine test.I report tomorrow and hoping for the best since I didn't do anything. But I know that they won't believe me so I'm trying to prepare myself to go to jail for something I didn't do and that's hard.Do the courts in Henderson County,TX accept these tests in court?I've read on internet that they're not reliable and can test positive for incidential exposure. How can they use these tests if they're not reliable? This is peoples lives they're dealing with.

in November for thc and alcohol and admitted it.Officer said I tested positive for alcohol in December which I hadn't drank anything. So I was unsuccessfully discharged from substance abuse counseling.I reported Tuesday,my officer said he filed to revoke me Monday.I go to AA meetings,do my community service, report, and I've just started a job.Now I'm gona go to jail and lose my job which was hard for me to get in first place. If I get a lawyer, can they help me get it reinstated or will it be a waste of money? Can they file a motion for a bond?So maybe I can get out and not lose my job. What are my chances of being reinstated? If I go to prison,I have 5yrs.TDC.I really need good advice on what might happen?I'm praying I can get it reinstated. Thanks very much!

Even though I know I didn't drink anything. Will I be revoked? I've been doing everything I'm supposed to do.This has really got me depressed because I didn't drink and I could go to prison. It took 4 weeks for them to get the results, why so long?I know I messed up once but I really have been doing good and not messing up anymore.Any help will be appreciated! Also,do I have right to request blood test instead of urine test? Last urine test I was having problems going and officer threatened to put me in jail.Is that legal?Probably, they can do what they want.I've been reading on internet about alcohol urine tests, says their not very reliable and can test positive through incidential exposure. How do these tests hold up in court?I know it's wrong! Please Help! How long does it take for a warrant?

I know probation won't believe me but I really didn't drink.I did relapse in November and failed but not December.I got unsuccessfully discharged from substance abuse counseling which I was almost finished with. Now,I'm probably going to be violated and go to jail. This is really bad!I am trying to do good and have been and something like this happens. These tests can't be very reliable because I know I didn't drink nothing.Do these tests hold up in court? Can I prove it wrong?Am I going to prison for 5 years because of this mistake on test? Also, how long does it take for probation officer to get warrant?I am so scared!Other than this I do everything I am supposed to do,go to AA meetings,do community service, report, etc.Any info? Thanks!
