it was my second dui about four years ago. i violated my probation and spent 24 hours in jail. they let me out on a PR bond and a week later i took a breathalyzer and failed it cause i had been drinking. i fled the state that night and have lived here since. I tried to get a Florida license and am obviously not able to. I have a three month old baby so jail is not an option right now. I also have a very sick father in CO. can in travel?
I would ask a colorado lawyer but i suspect that if homeland sees a warrant if they run you for a DUI out of colorado...
i was put on probaton for dealing in stolen property and last friday night i got in to a car accident woke up in the hospital w/out a ticket or officer present they took a blood sample the nurse said a officer would be in touch i dont know what to do should i report to probation officer.. if i dont have a dui its pretty close to the limit am i looking at jail time? and can they just come arrest me??

I have 4 DUI's. but 3 of them were like 30 years ago & I dont think back then we had life time revocation or I wasnt told about it before entering any pleas. So im pretty sure they changed the law afterwards and before my 4th one. So I have lost my license for life. Buit let me stop & say I wouldnt even try to look into driving if I hadnt been dry for the past 20 years. Im an entirely different man now. Thank the Lord and my supportive family. Yet Im in a place in my klate life I must work & its near impossible for me to continue w/o license. Even my great boss says its becoming more more difficult to keep me with out being able to drive a truck for the company( Pick up truck, not 18 wheeler) Is there a chance &/or a law to have one thrown out or adjusted so to lift the revocation

I got my 2nd DUI in May 2009 and 3rd July 2010, since my 3rd I have gone through treatment and am a very active member of AA I have made a complete change in my life, with no slips, and am doing all the things I should have been doing. It is now coming up on 2 years of suspension where for a person with 3 DUI's is eligible for hardship but some say since I refused the last 2 I may not be able to get it, though honestly I don't remember, not that that helps a case, but was not in a place to make some decision either, obviously. So I'm trying to get things together to be able to get my hardship but not sure if this is true or not.Could anyone advise me on this or knows this to be true or not so I can prepare or look into getting some legal help if I am not eligible?
