I got a citation for aiding and abedding a drunk driver. but my buddy blew a .07. Also, my citation has my buddies license number from (CA) but my name and vehicle on the ticket. He was the driver obviously, i asked 3 times for a breathalyzer, was denied all 3 times. could i easily fight this case. i was not drunk, and my buddy did not appear to be drunk and by all legal standards he was not.
