The parents of a 14-year-old girl in Hamden that got on a plane with a 29-year-old man she allegedly met over the internet and flew all the way to California, are suing the airline for not doing enough to protect their daughter , according to WFSB 3. WFSB reports that Nathan Salas was arrested for kidnapping and that he met the victim while playing an online video game and flew from California to pick her up at her home in the middle of the night. A North Haven man was recently arrested after allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home in Hamden and later fighting with police, including "wiping his feces all over the holding cell and window pane" after being apprehended, according to a police press release. After arriving on the scene, officers learned that the 45 year-old victim was lying in bed when her ex-boyfriend approached her open bedroom window. Comment?

Cheshire's Brett Harrison, 21, and Sean Victory, 19, turned themselves in to Hamden police to face Connection charges in connection with a July incident in which valuable guitars were stolen from Brian's Guitars on Whitney Avenue. Harrison and Victory were arrested in Long Island on July 28 for allegedly trying to sell the guitars that were stolen in Hamden to a Sam Ash music store in Carle Place, New York. Comment?
