i was driving to a friends house (not high) but got pulled over for a break light, and the cop said my eyes were red. So he pulled me out of the car and made me walk a straight line and etc. after that he asked if there was anything in the car and i said no, and then he said he was gonna get a warrant so i told him there was a pipe in the car and he arrested me and took me to jail that night. i also didn't know i could refuse a drug test but i took a pee test and was dirty for thc. I spent 2 days in jail and then they charged me with a dui and possesion. i just turned 18 the 29th of march. and im not sure what to do to fight this.

When I arrived at the jail, I submitted to a breathalyzer. It was well under the legal limit. I spent the night in jail and was bailed out the next morning.
