Get an attorney as quickly as possible. The New Hampshire Bar Association has several referral programs at http://nhbar.org.
I was pulled over after "hitting" the guard rail. There was zero damage to the vehicle because I did not hit it. I started to have a panic attack (I am diagnosed with 3 mental health disorders) and attempted to do my best. I was asked to take a blood alcohol test and due to the confusion of the panic I thought they wanted to draw my blood on the side of the road so I said no. After that point I was left in a holding cell where I was unable to get ahold of an officer for medical attention when I started to hyperventilate, contemplate serious thoughts and felt faint. I am not sure how I should approach this but the field sobriety tests were performed by me when I was in a state of panic. Note: I have been hospitalized before for panic attack. Thank you.
You have a lot at stake here. You should seek help from any resources available and hire an attorney if at all...

They sent me paperwork that says that I have to appear in ANY New Hampshire court on April 4th to answer the charge. Does that mean I just walk in to a courthouse and announce that I'm there or do I call first and what is this court date for. I got another letter stating that I lost my license for 6 months and have to turn it in by April 6th. What am I supposed to do next.
You need to call a lawyer ASAP as your court date is in three days I'm available at 603-893-8008.
I was charged with a DUI almost a month ago and since then have moved, I won't be able to get back to the previous state that I lived in to make the court hearing, will a warrant be put out for me, what is the best thing for me to do? I won't be driving anymore so I do not risk being pulled over but what can be done in terms of me not making the court date?
Almost every district court in the nation will require you to appear on this type of charge. So a warrant will issue....
She was pulled over for being on the wrong side of the road on a rotary. Does she have any reason to try to fight it or just try for Wet reckless. They also suspended her liscence in NH. Does that mean her liscence is suspended in MA where she lives. It was last Thursday and she has not gotten any correspondence from NH as of yet. Thanks for your help.
Yes, your daughter has a reason to "fight" the DUI charge. The biggest reason is to try to avoid a DUI conviction and...
