Im 5'7", 170 lbs, 18% body fat 27 yrs old, I was charged for 2nd DUI on oct 6, refused breath, and took blood test. I had my first DUI in 2008, so I am no longer on probation. I drank a 24 oz beer and 2 shots of cognac between 1030-1145pm, I then had one jack daniels on the rocks at 1am and one shot of cognac at 110am. In between 1145 - 1am, I drank 32 oz of powerade and used the restroom. I was pulled over at 220am and asked to do field sobriety tests and breath test. I refused breath and was taken in for a blood test. The blood was drawn at 320am . It has now been 6 weeks for the PD to send results. Is this a good sign? or what can I do to best prepare myself? How long does the state and DA have until the case may be dismissed?
