He has been on parole for 11 months and never violated.he completed out patient drug treatment 3 months ago.He has good report with his parole officer.the dwi court case is still open.he has medical problems with back and hip so it would be hard for him physically for him to do Willard.parole officer recommended 28 day program in patient.

Trying to get my licence back its been a year and 4 months. They keep giving me the run around and never can tell me anything, There very cocky on phone and will not connect or give me number to supervisor or big boss. Should i give up and keep driving without a licence cause i have to get to work. Or should i try so sue them for pain and suffering because i have lost 3 jobs on my rides falling through. I had a DWAI conviction in 2008 and just (2013) received a failure to submit to a chemical test. I will be accepting a DWI charge. My understanding is if I have had a conditional lic in the past 5 years I can not get one following this charge. However, I have pulled my MVR and it only shows a hardship lic was issued and then my lic was fully restored after guilty plea to the first ticket. in 2008. Would my MVR show if a conditional lic was issued and because it does not am I eligible for one now?

My girlfriend was driving home through a small rural town when she was stopped by a Pennsylvania State Trooper, the troopers approached the vehicle and said that she had been swerving over the line. At which point he started to examine the car, then asked if we had anything they should know about on me, I said no sir and he went back to his car and ran the license/reg. When he returned he asked my girlfriend to step out and the other trooper asked me to step out also, he told me he saw my bowl in the car and wanted to search.
