I know a lady is on probation for driving under the influence 4 or 5 different times but she would not take a urine test or a breathalyzer test . She was finally put on probation but she wont stop her drug use and alcohol drinking. She calls and yells at me and calls her son all kinds of names and threatens them and I when she is under the influence. I am 16 years old and her 2 sons are 18 and 13 years old. Her husband does the same thing as she does but is threatening his 18 year old son. But she never gets caught. I'm scared someone is going to get hurt. I would like to tell her probation officer but don't want to tell her probation officer if she will find out it was me. Will she find out it was me? I also don't know what kind of information I need? I was drinking with my cousin a couple weeks ago. He lives in a duplex on a street that has several identical duplex homes in a row. We got severely intoxicated and visited his neighbors (who live in an identical duplex). After a few more hours of drinking, I attempted to saunter back to his home. I mistakenly went inside the duplex next-door to my cousin's home. I went to sleep & was woke up by the police. They charged me with Felony-2 Burglary. The door was unlocked, nothing was taken, nobody was harmed, there was no confrontation with the residents. I waived my prelim & sent the case to the grand jury. In 2008 I was convicted by plea agreement of misdemeanor OVI, however I was not 21 at the time, and this was apparently before the creation of OVUAC for persons under 21. Is there any way to have my conviction changed to the OVUAC, or are there any legal grounds for overturning the conviction based on the fact that it happened through a plea agreement to a charge I evidently should not have been able to plea to since it was a full fledged OVI when apparently it should have been a OVUAC?
