Both suspects will be held in Laramie County, Wyoming on state traffic charges. The investigation of the bank robbery continues and charges regarding that offense will be available no sooner than tomorrow At approximately 3:34 pm, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office received a report of a robbery that had just occurred at the Western States Bank located at 1520 East Mulberry Street in Fort Collins. A 63-year-old assault suspect allegedly fought with arresting deputies over a period of hours Sunday night, eventually throwing feces at jail officials and flooding a room inside the Larimer County Jail with water. Larimer County Sheriff's deputies responded about 9:43 p.m. to a reported assault in the 3600 block of Crescent Drive in Fort Collins, LCSO reported. Comment?

Larimer County authorities say a man arrested Sunday night on suspicion of assaulting a woman kicked a deputy in the groin as he was being taken to jail and then urinated and defecated in a holding cell. The man is also accused of throwing his feces at a window and flooding his cell after breaking an overhead sprinkler, the county sheriff's office said in a news release issued Tuesday. Comment?

A Fort Collins man was recently arrested on charges that include second-degree assault in an incident involving a Larimer County Sheriff's Office patrol deputy. Alexander Quinton Gonzales, 29, was also charged with resisting arrest, driving under the influence and driving a defective vehicle after the incident, which occurred Saturday. Comment?
