I lost my licence in 1993 for ouil. they were suspended for 6 months. i done 4 years in prison. after getting out i was issued a restricted licence and lost it in the same year for open intox. i have since had two flee and eludes. i was sent to prison for 16 months on the second one. i have had no moving violations since. can i get a full licence without being subject to the blow and go laws. i guess blow and go was started in 2010. Was the law created to be retroactive to older offenses.
