Probation for a DUI
I got a DUI & have to do 6 months of probation. It was my first offense & I was wondering if I would be prohibited from drinking alcohol & if I will not be allowed to go to the bars even if I do not drink. I'm not an alcoholic so I would be able to go out & not drink & I passed my evaluation.
You can't have any measurable amount of alcohol in your body if you drive. Here, some judges prohibit any type of...

I received my third DUI in PA. The last one was 12 years ago in 2002. Will the long past DUI's affect the current, in any way?
One-car accident, no other person or property involved. Will the relatively longer, past DUI's have any affect on the current one? Will the current DUI be treated as the third or will the past be excluded? Thank you
I'm going to change your practice area to DUI so you will get some answers from DUI attorneys in your area.
First time offense DUI: two options would be ARD or plea (wouldn't lose license but would be on my record). True?
Teir: highest bac content Had a consultation with a lawyer and he said the statement above. He said most take ARD but if you plea you wouldn't lose your license, but stay in your record. Didn't mention anything about jail time.
The minimal background facts presented leave me with only one response. I don't agree with the supposed opinion of a...
2nd offense DWI and was sentences 3Mo of house arrest, 18 L loss, and 6-12mo probation. Is it possible to get an early release?
Please help me I want to get opinions for professionals. I was at all my hearings and passed all drug tests and have been clean of drugs and alcohol since the incident. I also have about 15-25 signed IDRC slips from aa/na meetings that I attended does any of this help my case and is it possible to get out on good behavior ? Has anyone gotten out on good behavior before? Also I live in NJ but thankfully have family in P.A so I'm staying with them. I've served 57 days of my 90 day sentence and it's hard to find a job and I only been outside once for about an hour on a job interview but couldn't get it because I don't have my SSC, But I've shown I'm at least trying to get a job and trying to change for the better. So is it possible to get an early release of my house arrest ?
Your question is dependent on the law of the state where you were convicted. You mention New Jersey (NJ) and...
