CAUSE 9 y 0 04 97 3 ( without spaces of course ) - Got a DUI in 2006 . Found guilty . Set for probation , treatment and self help . Wasn't able to complete . Judge then dropped all those with the condition oh today house arrest OR jail time . I chose house arrest . I've pulled my WATCH report . The DUI is gone , however the SOL states they need a corrected report to update me in their system ? How do I do that ? I don't remember the public defender that

I got an DUI in 2006 . I was found guilty , given probation , ordered treatment and a few other things . However I never completed treatment . 3 months ago I went and spoke with the judge , he gave me the option of 90 days house arrest and he dropped the DUI , the probation and the treatment . Now my issue is , according to SOL they believe I'm still ordered to do these things for the courts . They aren't requiring me to do anything aside from an SR . Asked me to obtain proof of my requirements being dropped . Now normally I'd cal my lawyer . . . however my lawyer quit the week of and I had a public defended in which I had never met in there with me . I have no idea how to contact , who to contact or what I'm suppose to be doing .

Anyway, 4 years later, there are a couple job opportunities I'm intersted in applying for. They want to check my driving record. So my question is kind of a 2 parter: a) Will the suspension/charge/deferral show up on the employers DRIVING RECORD request? and b) Can my DOL(or DMV) driving record be expunged/vacated/sealed similar ro a person's criminal record?

My boyfriend had 2 dui's one was dropped, the other he was on probation for 5 years, required treatment and pay fines. This week he went to court and the judge dropped his probation completely 24 months early in exchange for 90 days house arrest and NO treatment or fines. Called dmv (dol? It's DMV where I'm from) and they said he can't get a DL until he's completed treatment and probation..but those are not required by the courts anymore. Now what? Had a public defender on the case but he's MIA unless in court. What do I do now? What proof do I need to hand over? Another vehicle runs subject vehicle off the road into an impact w/a jersey barrier (slight damage to vehicle), nobody witnesses moving vehicle. 2 individuals in the vehicle, a driver and a passenger. Passenger owns the vehicle. Driver is the sober DD who takes off to find help because the passenger/owner can't find his cell. While sober DD is gone, P/O finds his cell and makes a 911 call. 15 minutes later an aid unit and soon after, police show up. P/O is examined by aid unit techs before questioning by cops. P/O explains to cops that he was driving earlier, but that the sober DD was driving when run off the road. Sober DD isn't in sight. No FST, No PBT. P/O requests hospital & off he goes in aid unit. Cop impounds vehicle, then shows up at Hospital to demand Breath. DUI charged. Help!

i am a first-time offender with a DUI reduced to reckless driving. my license was suspended for 3 months and i chose to have an interlock installed (this was not court ordered) during my restriction as i live in a rural area and do not have access to public transportation. my sentence did not include abstaining from alcohol. this is the only startup violation i have incurred. i walked home and re-started it in the morning with a pass. i am wondering if i will end up in court, have to talk to a probation officer (i'm on unsupervised probation for 9 more months), or is this something that only gets reported to the DOL? i am waiting to hear back from the public defender who was assigned to me for my original case, but am very anxious and am wondering if anyone here can provide insight.
