I was recently charged with dwi by Missouri HWP in Cass County Missouri. I have had three previous alcohol related Convictions. The first in 1992, the second in 1993, the third in 1996, the fourth Jan 2012. I have completed all requirements of the Court as directed every time, I have never had any wrecks or problems with law enforcement other than these. Always cooperative. They say that I could go to jail for 7 years and possible lose my license forever. I am 50 years old. I was not weaving etc. I was pulled over due to not putting my new license plates on. I am service connected disability with the VA, Bipolar as well as other physical issues and am being told if convicted I could lose my pension also. My last DWI was over 16 years ago.
