In 2000 , I was stopped at a road block . State patrol officers searched the car I was driving ( it wasn't my car ) and found marijuana . I was arrested for possession and given a DUI / misdemeanor charge . At the patrol office , I paid a fine and was released . Do I have to report this on job application now when asked about past convictions ? Does this arrest equal a conviction and would it show up on a background report ?

What is the madatory time to serve on a 4 yr sentence for HABITUAL Violator for license? My husband is currently severing time in GA prison was up for a review for parole. Upon their decsion, his TPM is Oct 2011. That is over HALF his senence. He was arrested in June 2009, sentenced in Aug of 2009. Hard to believe they are making him wait that long for parol for a level 1 felony. His probation was revoked at this time as well. Before leaving for the club I took sudaffed PE and cough medicine because I was sick. I quit drinking around 12 and at 1 I went to the truck to sleep. I was woken up by two guys I went with.
