DUI's are misdemeanors. At least most are. Why would an attorney only handle some small aspect of criminal law. Don't "top notch" criminal attorneys do felonies and other more serious types of crime as well? I have a petition to revoke my DUI court supervision. I done everything I was supposed to do except pay my fine. You are confusing suspension and revocation. A revocation is worse because then you have to have a hearing with the SOS....
