I DID recieve a deferred DWI with child felony. there was a little loophole that DA found and I recieved it. TXDPS record even shows deferred.
My question is this, Is a DWI with child, fall under the 'child endangerment' category? Would I be able to get an order of non-disclosure after my five year wait? I still have four years left.
