A man charged with robbing two Lexington banks and fleeing from police was brought back to Lexington to face charges on Monday. Police say Cody Arnett, 29, robbed the People's Exchange Bank on Clays Mill Road in November of last year, and then held up the United Bank on Harrodsburg Road Dec. 16. According to court documents, Arnett also led police on a high speed chase through Lexington before officers lost him. Comment?
