I'm just curious about what kind of punishment is average for public intoxication in PA (the law says a max of $300 and/or 30 days in jail), I have never had any offense in my life and I do not drive. When picked up I was just taken home after failing a breathalyzer and I was told I would get a citation in the mail.

I work at a local courthouse and it seems to me that the chances of getting a fair judge to rule on a DUI is almost impossible.
