James Williams, 50, state prison, was ordered to serve six months to one year in Clearfield County Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct. He received a $1 fine and is to attend counseling as recommended by his probation officer. Comment?

An anonymous tip led to the capture of a wanted fugitive, according to Clearfield County District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. Shaw identified the fugitive as Scott Allen Hockenberry, 37, of Park Avenue Extension, Clearfield. Hockenberry was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list on Monday. A motion to lessen the sentence for a DuBois man who committed three gun shop burglaries has been denied by a Clearfield County Judge. Brett Andrew Moore, 25, pleaded guilty to burglary and related theft charges in September and was sentenced by Judge Fredric J. Ammerman to a total of 10 to 20 years in state prison. Comment?

District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. announced today Clearfield County's Fugitive of the Week for the week of Nov. 3. Shaw identified the fugitive as Scott Allen Hockenberry, 37, of Park Avenue Extension, Clearfield. Hockenberry is wanted in two, separate cases for failure to appear at plea and sentencing court on July 22 and at criminal call on Oct. 30. On Oct. 3, 2013, Officer Julie Curry of the Lawrence Township police filed a criminal complaint against Hockenberry. Comment?
