I was curious how many years to remove a PBJ from your record in Prince Georges county for a DUI? Is it 2 or 3 years? I know its not a guilty verdict and you are not charged with a crime but someone can still look up your name and see it. Also my probation period has long been over. So is it 2 or 3 years. Also is to the date the PBJ was issued or the date of the DUI?
A probation before judgment for a DUI cannot be expunged in Maryland.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I suggest you speak to a family law attorney in Maryland. Good luck.

The lawyer told me that I do not have a record since it was my first offense however the information is in the public case search. The application said to include no contest however I did not plea no contest. What should I answer? Can I expunge the record?
DUI's cannot be expunged. If you received probation before judgment, it is not a conviction. It means that the judge...
I was able to get the pbj removed and was put on STET. They wont reinstate me while it is on STET even though nothing in COMAR prevents this. COMAR States I cannot have a pbj, no charges pending nor any convictions, none of which I have. I otherwise have a clean driving record and I have worked for the county for 30 years with no problems. I am a member of a union but I don't necessarily trust them to look out for my best interests. I am appealing the termination and I would like to know if I have a case.

I currently hold a class A cdl license, I depend on my license as a source of income. MVA recently cancellled my license because apperantly my dot medical card had expire. I had applied at ups for a truck driving job which was going to be my bread and butter and was disqualified due to my cancelled dl's. I was also force to pay for a new dl's.
