In July 2014, while at a rest spot, I was approached by a policeman who wanted to know if I'd been drinking--- ordering to see my license. When I explained that I've never drunk in my life, he ordered me out my car for sobriety tests. An informant (the officer said) had reported me " ... weaving ..." on the road. When I passed the sobriety tests and nothing could be found during search of my vehicle, the officer told me he was going to write me a warning ticket and let me go. Instead, he walked behind his car and talked on his phone. He returned to my car, said out, and arrested me for DUS via DUI conviction (keeping my license) although the wrongful DUI conviction had been timely appealed. The DUS was upheld (in a conspiracy) for $652.00 by Sept. 11 or 30 days in jail.
