A teacher's aide is accused of inappropriately touching an 8-year-old boy at a Chelmsford after-school program. A 33-year-old Taunton man is being held without bail after he was accused of breaking into a Chelmsford woman's apartment and raping her while threatening her with a knife. In Lowell District Court Thursday, Judge Stacey Fortes ordered Timothy Tucker held without bail, pending a Jan. 22 dangerous hearing, on charges of armed burglary, aggravated rape, assault by means of a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.
