I was in an accident where i fell asleep and drove off the road. It was over 8 months and i have heard nothing about the results of the blood test. Alcohol was in involved earlier in the night and I know i was above the legal limit I was partially unconscious and taken to the hospital via ambulance. I have not heard a single thing. After the accident i contacted the police officer about what the process would be and he informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks. It happened in March and is now almost December. What should i do???

In 2001, in Florida, I got a DUI and a subsequent reckless driving charge after that. After losing my license I continued to drive and got caught 3 times DWLS. I was labeled a habitual traffic offender and spent 30 days in the Sarasota County Jail. Since 2001 my record is clean as I haven't driven since then. I found out that in Florida I'm able again to get a license, however in Michigan (where I currently live) I am unable to do so. After 10+ yrs without incident, what would I have to do, in your opinion to obtain a Michigan license? Thank you

He drinks and take out all his anger about his ex - wife on me . One time , in October 2012 , he got scary and threatening , so I called the police . . . . and he was arrested for domestic violence . He told me he wanted to kill me and " bash my face in . " . Stupid me took him back . Now , even though he has anger management classes , and random alcohol testing , he is still drinking and being an ass . I pay ALL BILLS . . . . . he contributes NOTHING . He only yells at me and asks for money for his attorney . I finally got fed up and told him he has to be out by March 31 . I own my home and he just rooted himself here , I need to take out a POP on him and report his behavior to probation . I am done with his crap . OK , now the question . . . . . . . can I just boot him out ? Without warning ? ? ? ?

From what I understand Michigan is pretty strict. I refer you to the Michigan State Police Concealed Pistol License...
I crashed my car while driving under the influence.Thankfully, no one else was involved. I was taken to the hospital due to head injuries and under suspicion of alcohol was given blood tests, as field sobriety tests could not be done due to injuries. The officer ensured he got the appropriate signatures at the hospital for the blood work, and left. I was not arrested, nor left with a ticket. It has been one month tomorrow since the accident, and I have not received a ticket, nor anything from Secretary of State regarding driving status. My accident report indicates "No" in the alcohol category, and no blood test given. Is it possible that I evaded punishment by the law? I clarify punishment by law because trust me, I'm punishing myself enough. Could something still be forthcoming?
It is possible something could still be forthcoming because the evidence of your alcohol impairment is in the hospital...

I was charged with a second DUI in Michigan, have served 5 days in Jail, did all community service, random blowing requirements and AA....i just went up for a review and the judge just denied me my licence for another year. Is it possible to get a drivers licence or driving privilages in OHIO, since Michigan is a non reporting state? My boyfriend lives in OHIO so an address to show residence is no problem. Also, if I did have driving privilages in Ohio, would I be able to drive in the state of Michigan with a ohio drivers licence? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
