Traffic violation , dui , violation of probation . At this time I was on drugs also , but that was fourteen years ago . I was not in my right state of mind . I have a wife and home and life is well but I lost my job three years ago and now I cannot find a job and I sound not understand why . I found out last year because one of the places I put in at actually called and asked me about my warrant in Orlando Florida . I was surprised because I though all was well . I want to turn myself in , but I want to be able to give my wife an idea of how long I may be there in jail . Can you help me with this ?

I just got a DUI in and am nervous that the prosecutors will find my first DUI six years ago in another state under my maiden name. How likely is it will they find it and will it definitely be charged as my second offense?

I was charged with DUI 2nd and DUS 2nd. After review of my driving record, the solicitor has indicted me on Habitual Offender and is now asking me to plea to DUI 4th and DUS 4th...... Even though I was not in the car, hadnt been near the car for hours before my arrest. I would be willing to plea just to resolve the matter, but her recommendation is 1 year incarceration, 3 years probation with 6 months of it intensive. I have never been convicted of a DUI 2 or 3rd offense btw. I am a single mother of a child whos father died a couple years ago and I have no family as I was a foster child. The Datamaster breathalyzer was in use on a DUI suspect and in the middle of the testing it just locked up for no apparent reason. Operator restarted, did the test, got the BAC reading but violated SLED procedures by not reporting the malfunction to SLED. No repairs or inspections are documented in the SLED database in regards to this malfunction nor were there any status code messages..
