A Cambridge man listed as a "most wanted" fugitive by U.S. marshals for the Central Ohio region was apprehended by local law enforcement agencies at an East Wheeling Avenue residence late Monday morning. Officers arrested Ralph E. Burris Jr., 28, on a warrant for escape after he reportedly failed to return from a furlough in Pickaway County where he is facing drug-related charges. Comment?

A Cambridge woman was treated at Southeastern Med for an alleged seizure she was going to suffer while being arrested by city police for allegedly assaulting her roommate late Sunday morning. Police charged Cassie J. Touvell, 30, with one count of assault for allegedly slamming her roommate down during an altercation regarding ownership of personal property. Comment?

After seven days of testimony, a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court jury on Wednesday convicted Deondre Crosby, 23, of Zanesville, on four charges in connection with the murders of Christopher Morrison and Justain Nelson. "It has been a long three years, and I am satisfied with the jury's verdicts," said Guernsey County Prosecuting Attorney Daniel G. Padden. Comment?

A nine-day murder trial for the final suspect in the slaying Christopher Morrison and Justain Nelson at Coventry Estates in June 2012 began Tuesday in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court in Cambridge. Deondre Crosby, 23, Zanesville, is facing two counts each of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery, and a single count of aggravated burglary for his alleged role in the homicides. Comment?
